Prison over crowding, a simple solution

Prison over crowding, a simple solution . . .

Step one:  Build one state and one federal prison in every state. Each prison has 200 cells in it.  No more, no less.

Step two:  When the first person gets convicted, put him in cell number one.

Step three:  Every time another person in convicted you put him in cell number one and move everyone else down.

Step four:  When the person in Cell #200 gets moved out, you shoot  him or her.

Step five:  If a person's sentence is served before they get to cell #200 they are free to go.

This plan reduces the cost of prisons and deters crime.

I am just saying . . . .
